The dawning of "A New Day

Combining both the beauty of the world and Celine Dion's voice, A New Day... provides a Dion songfest accentuated by an intimate atmosphere ruled by, as Dion sings, "The Power of Love."

The multisensory experience blurs the line between fantasy and reality as the video- screen backdrop creates a world full of shooting stars and seascapes, blossoming trees and lightning-tinged skies. Even when transporting you to Times Square, the scenery and dancers enhance, but never dwarf, the petite chanteuse, whose talent fills the grandiose stage.

Introducing the show with "Nature Boy," Dion sings, "The greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return." She spends A New Day... expressing her love in her songs "Because You Loved Me," "Love Can Move Mountains," "My Heart Will Go On" "If I Could" and "It's All Coming Back to Me Now." And she, no doubt, feels the love in return with countless standing ovations.

Even while paying tribute to some of the greatest voices in music, the visibly humble Dion, performing "At Last" and "Fever," further shows off her talents and vulnerability, singing, "What a world, what a life -- I'm in love" from "I've Got the World on a String."

A New Day... takes something so simple as a bevy of topless men slithering around Dion in a chair and something more complex as larger-than-life instruments floating across the stage and turns it into an audibly and visually pleasing spectacle, making even non- Dion fans want to fall in love with A New Day...
